★London Fashion Week lift off party @ Studio Valbonne ★

Super Stardom @ Studio Valbonne hosted the LFW lift off party last Friday night! With a live Fashion show headlined by Henley's and a performance by Lauren Loretto it was the perfect start to LFW and the weekend!

The atmosphere was crazy. The stylish cream of the crop gathered in this intimate venue and partied till the sun was rising! With DJ Suave on the decks the music was the best I've heard on a night out for a long, long time!

The night kicked off with a fashion show presented by Artcha James, who brought his usual humour and swagger to the night. With designers such as AQL, Valasarie, Trikki and Henley's showcasing their collections, the crowd went wild!

All the designers were Fabulous but here are my fave's from the night...

Valasarie designer Saadia Sultan exhibited her Romantic Escapism collection. The models wore tailored jackets with some of the most beautiful intricate designs I have seen; mimicking fantasy and mythical realms. Saadia Sultan has an eye for detail and an unbelievable imagination!

Next up was Trikki. The London- based brand was created by uber-talented LCF graduate Rikki Shah. His menswear range promises quality and comfort with a unique design like no other! If the bright colours and quirky slogans aren't enough Trikki is already a favourite amongst the stars; with fans such as DJ Rugrat, Griminal and DJ Ironik this brand is one to watch!

Founder of TRIKKI, Rikki Shah (see where the name comes from) was lovely enough to spare me 5 minutes to ask him a few questions...

What is the inspiration behind trikki?

Trikki’s current collection is inspired by the relentless hunt for success. The garments are a colourful take on the gritty determination required to succeed in any industry. Trikki represents people who work so hard that they ‘make it look so easy’!

Where do u see trikki in 5 years?

At the pace we are gaining recognition for our quality of design and individuality where we will be in 5 years time is almost impossible to imagine. We have a plan though, and are determined to make sure that there will be no-one who hasn’t heard of trikki within 5 years.

Are u planning on doing more for ladies?

We have had a surprisingly large amount of interest from ladies so a ladies collection, whilst probably some time away, is definitely in the back of our minds.

Who are your favourite designers?

I’d have to give just one mention, and that would be to the great Gianni Versace. I bought a book about him called ‘Gianni Versace: Fashion’s Last Emperor’ when I was about 12 years old and it almost single-handily inspired me to pursue fashion design as a career.
